The technique we use is Myofascial Trigger Point Release. It's a gentle hands-on technique that releases tightness and pain throughout the myofascial tissues, helping restore natural movement, while ergonomic advice helps you improve the way you sit, stand, work, and move, so your recovery continues beyond every session.

One Story. Two Journeys.

What if giving someone a piece of their life back could change your own forever?

I didn't know the answer when I first chose physiotherapy.

Over the next 17 years, I walked alongside people through some of the hardest chapters of their lives. I celebrated first steps after a stroke, helped people return to the sports they loved, and watched women realise that taking care of themselves wasn't selfish after all.

Every day took me back to why I had started.

Like so many women, my journey wasn't a straight line. I stepped away from my career to be there for my family.

It was a pause.

Not the end of my story.

Because purpose has a way of finding you again.

When the time was right, I returned to physiotherapy and spent the next seven years at one of India's leading sports medicine centres, leading the Neuro Rehabilitation Department, learning something no textbook could teach me.

Looking back, I realised my journey wasn't so different from the people I had spent years helping. We were all trying to find our way back to something that mattered.

That became Reviva.

An extension of everything I've lived, learnt, and believed.
